Since 2013 Social Solutions WA have provided innovative out-of-home support solutions and social opportunities for adults with a disability. For more than 10 years our successful Discovery Holidays program has catered for more than 400 clients annually exploring Australia and beyond with friends, in a safe, supported small group excursions.

Michael Ribot - Managing Director

As an experienced corporate executive and a desire to build an independent Australian Medtech business, Mike co-founded Global Orthopaedic Technology in 1999. Global grew to be Australia’s largest and most profitable Orthopaedic company. Mike is a certified practising business coach and provides valuable experience and leadership which guides the robust governance and business strategy the company.
